COUNTY CRIMINAL SEARCH

FEDERAL CRIMINAL SEARCH
Federal criminal records show criminal complaints brought by the U.S. government against defendants for violations of federal criminal law. Federal crimes WILL NOT appear in state or county felony and misdemeanor court record searches and for this reason it is also important to conduct federal record searches. For the record, each state is comprised of federal districts with most having 2-3 within each state.
EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION (per employer)
This search verifies the subject’s employment dates, job title, salary reason for leaving and eligibility for rehire with a past employer. Typically this verifies information submitted on the subjects resume or application.
EDUCATION VERIFICATION
This search verifies the subject’s degrees earned and attendance dates at the listed educational institution. Typically this verifies information submitted on the subjects resume or application.
DRUG SCREENING
This service is purposefully outsourced through multiple vendors to provide one of the largest footprints in the U.S. with as many viable locations as possible. We request through the closest vendor a 10 panel drug screening which provides results for the following: THC Marijuana, COC Cocaine, PCP Phencyclidine, MOR Opiates, MET Methamphetamine, MTD Methadone, AMP Amphetamine, BAR Barbiturates, BZO Benzodiazepines, TCA Tricyclic Antidepressants. On any and all positive results a Medical Review Officer will justify the results.
DRIVING RECORDS
This search returns information from a state’s Department of Motor Vehicles. This is a high revenue source for many background companies but Datasource charges $3.12 plus the processing fee of each state to keep costs low. Information reported in these reports will include revoked licenses, speeding and traffic accidents. Different levels of licenses such as CDL and Hazardous Materials are also included. Any employee who drives a company vehicle needs to be checked every 6 months.
